Custom website design · Handyman

Handyman websites that turn a to-do list into a clear request.

Show customers the repairs, installations, and smaller projects you handle. We build handyman websites that explain your service boundaries and help people describe the work before you plan a visit.

The question behind the visit

Can you help with these jobs around the house?

A handyman inquiry may start with one loose hinge or a whole list of unfinished tasks. Your website should make the work you accept easy to understand and set useful expectations about visit minimums, materials, and estimates.

What we plan for your website

The details that help someone choose.

Group the jobs people recognize.

Organize the work into clear categories such as minor repairs, mounting, assembly, and maintenance when you offer them. Use specific examples so “general handyman services” does not leave the customer guessing.

Set practical boundaries.

Explain the work you do not accept and any services that need a different qualified professional. Publish your actual service area and minimum visit or project requirements to help customers judge fit.

Show how a list becomes a visit.

Describe how you review tasks, whether materials are supplied by you or the customer, and when pricing is confirmed. Make it clear whether the next step is a discussion, an estimate, or a scheduled appointment.

From interest to a useful inquiry

Ask for the task list before trying to fill the calendar.

A useful first inquiry should give you enough detail to assess scope. Photos or measurements can be requested through an agreed follow-up process when they are needed.

Plan your customer inquiry path

Useful details for your customer request

Tasks and priorities
Let customers describe several jobs and identify the one that matters most.
Location and property type
Service area and the setting help you decide whether a visit is practical.
Materials and timing
Knowing what is already purchased and the desired timeframe supports a clearer estimate.

Search visibility & useful content

Make specific repair and installation services discoverable.

We organize your website around the work you want more of and use the terms customers use to describe it. Clear service descriptions, real coverage information, and project captions are more useful than an unstructured list of every possible task. Ongoing SEO can develop the service topics that prove relevant to your business.

Put real evidence behind the words.

A small repair is still worth showing clearly. Your own project photos, a brief account of the work, and genuine customer feedback can communicate care and reliability without claiming every project is a full renovation.

Your website investment

A defined scope.
A clear first-year total.

We start with your priority services, customers, and existing content. Then we confirm the page plan, visual direction, and inquiry path before building your website.

Bring your logo, approved business details, and photos you can use. We review the content together and include one consolidated revision round. Timing is confirmed after scope, materials, and access are reviewed.

The offer covers one business, one location, and one domain. Additional pages, advanced booking, payments, custom integrations, and ongoing SEO are scoped separately; provider charges may apply. Ownership transfers after all required payments, subject to the agreement. Optional care after year one is $49/month.

The signed service agreement controls scope, billing, cancellation, ownership, source access, transfer, third-party charges, and any work outside the published offer.

Before we build

A few useful answers.

Can a customer request several jobs at once?

Yes. The inquiry can include a task-list field so the customer can describe the visit they have in mind. A complex item-by-item estimator or scheduling system would need a separate scope.

Should I show an hourly rate or minimum visit charge?

If that matches how your business operates, we can display it with the conditions you approve. Explain materials, travel, and any minimums clearly. We will not invent prices or imply every job can be quoted from the website alone.

Can property managers use the same website?

Yes. We can include your property-maintenance capabilities and ask visitors to identify the kind of property and work. Multi-property accounts, work-order management, and tenant portals are separate systems that require their own review.
